Service Description

The Mini Royal Tea - Medium group Deluxe all-inclusive Kids' Package Create a magical afternoon tea party for your little ones with our all-inclusive service. • Group Size: 11 to 20 children • Price: $60 per child* What's Included This is a full-service experience designed to make your children's party elegant and effortless. • Kid-Friendly Menu: o Your choice of up to 4 different sandwich varieties. o Your choice of up to 4 different hot drink options from the menu. • Complete Service & Hosting: o Dedicated service throughout the entire experience. o Full table setup, decoration (if needed), and all post-party cleanup. • Elegant Tableware: o Use of our beautiful china and place settings suitable for the experience. o Includes all necessary equipment for the afternoon tea. • Themes & Colors: o If you have a specific color or theme, we will do our best to accommodate it based on equipment availability. Booking & Additional Fees • Booking Fee: A $50 booking fee is required to secure your date and will be deducted from your final bill. • Additional Staff: For parties of 8 or more children, an additional fee of $120 per required staff member will be applied. • Dietary Restrictions: An additional charge of $15 per child applies for the following accommodations: Gluten-Free, Vegan, or Dairy-Free. • *Tax: A 6% tax will be automatically added to your final bill.


Cancellation Policy

FULL-SERVICE CATERING & LARGE DELIVERY ORDERS Applies to: Full Royal Tea Service, Mini Royal Tea Parties, and Large Drop-off Buffets. Policy Overview: Because our menus are prepared fresh and staff/equipment are reserved exclusively for your date, we enforce a strict cancellation timeline to cover the costs of labor and lost business. • 8 Days or More Prior (Full Refund): Cancellations made 8 or more days before the event date will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid, including the Booking Fee. • 4 to 7 Days Prior (Partial Payment Refund): Cancellations made between 4 and 7 days before the event date are eligible for a refund of the 50% partial payment (if already paid). However, the Booking Fee is non-refundable and will be retained by Funmi's Royal Tea. • Less Than 4 Days Prior (Non-Refundable): Cancellations made less than 4 days (96 hours) before the event are non-refundable. By this stage, fresh ingredients have been purchased, and preparation has commenced. FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER Funmi’s Royal Tea prepares food in a commercial kitchen that handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soybeans, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, and sesame. While we take strict safety measures to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens due to the potential for cross-contamination. Client Responsibility: Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements upon booking. The Client assumes full responsibility for notifying their guests of these potential allergy risks.
