What does this entail?

I offer a unique catering service for British Afternoon Tea. My goal is to provide you with a delightful and memorable experience.
My catering service includes everything from the décor to the delicious items you’ll enjoy. I bring all of the necessary items to the location of your choice, so all you have to do is provide me with the table and chairs. This is included in the deluxe experiences only.
My menu has a variety of items to choose from, such as​, sandwiches, pastries and cakes, as well as a selection of loose-leaf teas. Scones, strawberry jam and clotted cream, will always be available on the menu, as this is a staple to the British afternoon tea experience.
With Funmi's Royal Tea, you can create a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere for your special event.
Categories of Loose Leaf Tea
All Tea is made from the fresh leaf of the Camellia sinensis bush. Terroir, the complete natural environment in which a particular tea is produced, including factors such as the soil, topography, and climate. This means the same category of tea will vary in different regions. This is why for example Chinese green tea are so different to Japanese green tea.

The Classification, black, green, blue (Oolong), or white tea, is determined by how the tea leaves are picked and processed. Every stage of the tea making process contributes to the final taste, however the main difference is created by the oxidation level added to the leaves.
Classic Black Tea
Classic Black Tea is a blend of the highest quality Darjeeling, Assam and Ceylon teas. It has a malty and full-bodied flavor, with a hint of sweetness. Green Tea
